Gecko not registering changes

I started using gecko Mk3 with 'Line6 HX Stomp'.

I've read the manual carefully and proceded step by step.

Gecko won't save pc values for presets - except on the preset number one.

I've tried this many times in all modes and with midi plugged and unplugged. 

The preset values stay the same. However in the edit mode I can see the values i selected previously.

Can this be fixed or am I doing something wrong?

  Still waiting for some kind of reply from One Control. Patience running out.

  Had the same "problem", got a message from One Control immediately. The green numbers when editing aren't the preset numbers but the Midi channel numbers. So you first go to the preset, hold the ok/tap button than choose the midi channel and the program change number and hold OK/TAP again. Ho to the next and repeat.
