One Control Minimal Series MIDI Dual Stereo Loop - bugs

This seems very inconsistent in it's responses to midi commands. Other users have reported problems too. I have a solo version which seems better. Is there a firmware update for this device or a way to avoid the inconsistent responses to midi commands?

  I too am having a problem with this unit. It is supposed to respond only to certain PC numbers but it appears to be mapping other numbers to these numbers. I don't think this is very good…….

  I've tried to contact OC so many ways and it's a brick wall. A shame. I have three of these units - 2 single loops and one double. The concept is great and it's a firmware update from being perfect. Come on OC. To be blunt, you're ripping us off because the products are not fit for purpose.

  According to the given documentation the only PC numbers this unit responds to are 10,11,20,21,30,31, 80,81,90,91. When I inadvertently sent it a 37 or 38 it responded as if it had received 2 or more of the “correct” ones. Following this it would not do what I had previously done with it successfully.

  Sadly, many manufacturers put out products without thoroughly testing them, presumably in the expectation that they will last until the warranty expires. We should really call this nonsense out. Surely they must monitor these forums?
